What you share
When you apply, Path Finder Investment receives your name, verified email address, phone number, city, province, postal code, country / territory, CV, optional cover letter, introduction and portfolio link, how you heard about the role, optional referral name, previous or current PFI employment, answers to role questions, notification preferences, and a record of your agreement to this notice. We also record whether your application link was tagged for LinkedIn or was direct / untracked.
Your candidate account
We store your account details, a securely hashed password, verification records and essential session cookies so you can sign in and view applications submitted from your account. Account access is separate from People & Culture staff access. Your recent application profile can be reused to fill a future application; review it before submitting. Creating an account does not submit an application.
How it is used
People & Culture uses this information to assess your application, manage selection, and contact you about this role. Internal selection notes and status changes may be recorded. The application source helps us understand where applications come from. It is based on the link used to apply and does not give us access to your LinkedIn account. Technical request information is used to protect the service against abuse.
Optional communications
New job alerts and permission for contact about other career opportunities are separate, optional choices. They do not affect selection. Manage both choices in your candidate account; job alerts also include an unsubscribe link. Account verification, password recovery and emails about your submitted application are separate from these preferences.
Who can access it
Authorized People & Culture team members can view applications and download CVs and cover letters. Our service providers Railway and Resend support application hosting, private document storage, and email delivery. Candidate profiles and documents are not published with job listings.
Corrections and withdrawal
Contact hello@pathfinder.co.id from the email used to apply if you want to correct information, withdraw an application, or request deletion. Include your role title or application reference so the team can locate your record. Please do not include identity documents or financial information with an initial application.
